Project enquiries

We use the name, email, phone, area, service, timing and project description you provide to respond to your enquiry and coordinate work you request. Please don’t include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information. Photos can be emailed separately.

Online requests are sent through HandyHub4U’s HostGator email service to the team’s designated enquiry inbox. A successful website confirmation means the mail server accepted the request; it does not mean the team has read it or that work has been booked. If online sending is unavailable, you can call or prepare an email instead.

Form protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical browser and network signals to help prevent automated spam. It runs when you reach the contact step. The server checks its verification token before sending. We don’t send your project answers to Cloudflare.

Optional measurement

You can decline optional cookies, allow Google Analytics only, or also allow Google and Meta advertising measurement. Analytics records page views and grouped actions such as contact clicks and form progress. With ad measurement enabled, Google and Meta may use ad click identifiers and cookies to connect an accepted enquiry with an advertisement. Phone and email clicks indicate intent; they do not prove a connected call or delivered email.

We don’t send your form answers, phone number, email address or project description to analytics. Google ad personalization is disabled. Meta Pixel loads only with advertising permission. Automatic form detection and advanced matching are not enabled. Meta may process browser and network signals under its privacy policy. Our service providers may process information outside Canada.

Your choices

Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Preferences expire after 180 days. Withdrawing permission clears this site’s measurement cookies and reloads the page to stop previously loaded measurement code. The enquiry form works when optional measurement is declined.

Enquiries remain in the team’s email records while needed to respond, manage requested work or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Legal requirements and active project obligations may limit deletion. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing without consent.
